Saturday Out!

It has been quite sometime since we last went out to pak tor.. haa.. went to marina sq to eat and shop.. ate bao jin tian.. nice hk food at reasonable price too! curry chicken is not bad but sauce can be thicker to make it perfect..

yeah, finally! my chicken glutinous rice in bamboo container.. yummy! we also ordered har gows which is nice too..

Home Pics Finally

We've been so busy moving house and cleaning the whole house.. it's like a mad rush to finish cleaning it before cny starts and we did it! sweat sweat, phew... now we are more or less settled so got time to take pics and upload.. hehe.. sorry for the long wait! As for housewarming, no plans yet.. maybe jus hav a few gatherings with different groups of frens at home, we'll arrange and see how k.. anyway, guess everyone busy with cny and V day celeb.. haha.. At 1st we used 'stick it' hook but it dropped in the middle of the night. The loud bang woke us up and caused a hole on the dining bench, clock frame and our floor :( In the end, no choice, gotta drill hole and hook to secure it up there..

Stay Home Day

Woke up early to go market buy ingredients to cook our first meal at home.. bought eggs at the wet market den go ntuc and realised that it is selling much cheaper there, argh! i'm gg to fry chicken, mushroom and potato and B is frying the egg.. 2 not so pro ppl, haha!

cooking cooking.. "is it done???? hmmm..." i'm wearing shorts btw, jus tat the shirt is too long!

tada! we used so much dark sauce, haha! the amount of food is enuf for 4 pax so we had exactly the same thing for dinner agn.. lucky B cooked more rice too cos the rice cooker is so big, haha..

This is considered our mini V day celebration ba.. Happy V Day to all!

Had dim sum at Vivo hei she hui wif sis, kel, ma n pa before the 4 of us went to watch hebe's concert.. dim sum is nice and reasonable price with the 30% disc..

Reno Updates 3

Our floor still not done.... a spider was coated onto the floor and i can't scrap it off! grrr........

And i spotted a new small hole... the workers are coming in this thur to rectify these probs, hopefuly it will be the last time..

Service yard window installed today!

Painting is completed! Initially, this pink colour was painted wrongly on the opp wall instead.. informed the contractor and he arranged for his painter to rectify it immediately..



Blue colour for our study room.. we intend to custom make book shelves to fill up the dent in the wall here to fully utilise the space..

Lime green colour for our dining & sofa area.. was abit stunned by the brightness when i first opened the door, haha.. our designer is bold in using colours ar and we agreed to it :p tink old ppl like my papa cannot accept it.. haha!

Using galaxy grey for the other half of the living room to match the tv feature wall.. our MBR is also using the same colour.. overall, quite satisfied with it!

Thanks to kel's fren who sold us the pair of tix at almost 1/2 price and thanks to kel and sis for picking up the tix! Luckily, the weather was not bad.. drizzled a little bit onli so all the rides were opened.. we were wet not cos of the drizzle but cos we took the raft ride in Jurassic Park (even thou we had ponchos) haha.. oh, and we bought lots of t-shirts too! buy 2 get 1 free so we had 9 shirts in total! machiam tourists buying souvenirs...

There's a family beside us so 'blocked' it, haha!

Spent so much time in there, watching Waterworld and queuing for the rides..

mus mention 'The Mummy' indoor roller coaster! made me screamed like mad, haha..as usual.. but thumbs up!
